Dunrene is a real estate investment group founded in Aspen in 1993 and focused on western Colorado.
It has grown from its early roots in raw land acquisitions and entitlements, through development, to majority ownership stakes in, among other things, a regional shopping center and Marriott hotels.
Dunrene is the largest residential land owner in Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs, where it is also the biggest commercial landlord.
